Each group had to define compliment and catcall and explian the difference. After that, they chose 4 catchy wordsexpressing what is not normal, for example : disrespect, harassment, and write them on coloured papers.

To conclude the group chose one of the ideas present on the Diogo Faro’s manifest, translated it and copied it on the givenpapers.

At the end of the activity, each group presented their words and ideas to the other partners.

The slogan was put under the symbol of the movement « nao é normal »

 

The slogans, or catchy words were put on name tags made by the pupils with recycled materials.

 By creating different slogans or catchy words, pupils made sure the word/words triggered at least one of the followingreactions in people’s minds: anger, happiness, curiosity and other emotions. By using such emotional triggering words, pupils got more to the issue.
