Main topics of the activity: Parliament of  France, Romania and  Finland, form of management/governance of the respective locality or region. Hanko/Suceava/Dunkerque.

Romanian, French and Finnish students were received in the youth center. They were divided into mixed groups and received the work tasks. The results were written together and then presented to the other participants. The students learned new and interesting things about the distribution of women in the parliament of the three countries, about the evolution of the parliament and the councils at the county, region and country level.

The results of the students' research were presented, analyzed and compared together with the coordinating teachers.

Students found out that while more women than ever are being elected to parliaments around the world, equality is still a long way off, and current progress is far too slow. Most parliaments are still male-dominated, and some have no women.
